1:1 Protocol Coaching
Based on blood chemistry results, some clients are recommended to follow a more in-depth protocol. There are specific protocols related to lowering Lipid Panel results that require a more hands-on approach. Dialing in your BHRT dosages and/or seed cycling also require ongoing support. Sometimes more extensive gut health repair is indicated. With this service, you will receive the guidance you need to effectively implement more complex protocols. 3 months of coaching includes one (1) 30 minute call/month and weekly email communication to answer your questions, address concerns, and fine-tune your dosing based on symptoms/results.
